The Goal of RKTSHG
This facility is only for teachers because teachers do the best work in the world, but unfortunately, they get poor remuneration/salary. If they die, there is no one to look after their children and family. After the death of the teacher, neither the government nor the school management has any plan for the financial welfare of his children and family. In such a situation their family comes to the streets. Therefore, the aim of RKTSHG is that all the teachers of the country should join this team and in case of untimely death of any legal member of the team, their family should be provided financial support.
Benefits of Joining RKTSHG
- In case of the untimely death of the teacher, his/her nominee will be provided financial assistance. Due to this his/her children and family will get financial support
- Every possible effort will be made to provide details of vacant posts in government or private schools on the website of RKTSHG. After seeing this, you can apply for the posts of teacher/coordinator/vice-principal/principal etc. of any subject as per your qualification.
- Question papers (Question papers will be prepared for all the classes of almost all the boards. So that we can avoid the pain of taking a lot of time to prepare the question papers.)

How and how much support will be received?
There will be two options for obtaining financial assistance.
Option (1) On the death of the teacher, 100% of the contribution amount given by the members i.e. the entire amount will be paid directly into the nominee's account. For example, if there are two lakh members in this group and they donate at least ten rupees, then at least twenty lakh rupees (Rs.20,00000) will go directly into the nominee's account.
Option (2) The option to choose the second option will be available only after completion of 2 years. At least three lakhs (₹300000) will be given in the third year. This amount will increase by one lakh rupees every year. For example, if a teacher dies in the 10th year, then an amount of ten lakh (₹ 10,00000) will be provided to the nominee of that teacher.
Special Note: On choosing the second option, the grant/support amount will be taken into the group's account.
(Note: Option can be changed at the time of registration renewal any year from the third year onwards.)
